Track recording no longer works.
I've been using Oryxmaps for years without any problems.
For about 3 months now, Oryxmaps has stopped recording the track as soon as the screen turns off—even though I haven't changed any settings. When I open the screen, actual position is correct, but not the track. I've tried various settings since then, such as "Fused Location Provider," but nothing helps.
I'm using version 10.7.4 on Android 16. I'm at a loss—I can't use Oryxmaps anymore. Does anyone have any tips?

Lukas, what else has changed? Was there a phone OS update around that time? Have you re-checked all battery optimization permissions etc for the OM app?
It does work for me with OM 7 or 12 and Android 16 in a Samsung A15.

Hello, this is a problem with the app permissions on Android!! Go to the app settings according to your phone it will be in a menu... make sure that the permissions are: use of GPS always!! Battery saving never always exclude the battery saving app and activate the use in the background. The android versions also have a configuration to disable the permissions if the app is not used for a while, disable that if it is activated!! Greetings troNpo
