Make Oruxmaps GP find the DEM Filen in hgt format, generated by Sonny

Hi all

My setting is: Smartphone Samsung Galaxy S24, Android 16, Oruxmaps 10.7.4 GP

I copied the hgt Files, created by Sonny to the scoped storage area reserved for Oruxmaps GP dem files, as set also in the oruxmaps path definitions.

\Android\data\com.orux.oruxmapsDonate\files\oruxmaps\dem

But if I try to use ist for shading, oruxmaps continues telling me, it doesn't have DEM files.
Also changing the offline map didn't change this.

Any ideas?

OK, problem solved.
It needed a restart of Android 16 to make the elevation files copied to the scoped storage area available to Oruxmaps. It wasn't sufficient, exchange the offline-maps, not sufficient to delete the cache, not sufficient to restart Oruxmaps. It needed a restart of Android.
