If i try to find a route between some point i recive this message

and suggest me to install or activate it as server.

sounds like BRouter app isn't installed on the device.
There are different ways to get it. Google Play, F-Droid or a direct .apk download, see //http://brouter.de/brouter/offline.html
Read and follow the instructions at //http://brouter.de/brouter/readme.txt thoroughly and it should work.
